Hecate helps you reveal the places you explore. We’re here if something does not work as expected.
Getting started
- Create an account or sign in.
- Allow location access when Hecate asks for it.
- Tap the Start control to begin a walk.
- Tap Stop or Finish when you are done. Background location is also available for optional discovery reminders in Account & sync.
Location is unavailable
On your iPhone, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Hecate and allow location access. If you want a walk to continue while the phone is locked, allow the location access option requested by Hecate.
Signing in
If you use an email sign-in link, open it on the same device where you requested it. It should return you to Hecate. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive.
Delete your account
Open the account and sync panel in Hecate, select Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account, routes, and discoveries.
